What if my package is lost or stolen?Updated 8 months ago

Customers have a window of 7 days from the delivery date to report a lost package. Reports made after this period will not be eligible for investigation or compensation.

We do not process refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. My Way Hair is not responsible for these packages.
