The return process typically takes between 1-2 weeks. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, calculated based on the original order value (minimum $10, maximum 15% of the order total).

Once we’ve received and inspected your order, the refund will be issued to your payment method. Use the tracking number on your return label to check the status with USPS or FedEx.

Please note that original shipping costs and customs charges are non-refundable.
