Eligibility & Condition of Returned Items

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, safety seals, tags, and any bundled gifts included.
  • Returns showing signs of use, laundering, strong odors, broken seals, or missing packaging/components may receive a partial refund (up to 50%) or be denied after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Flash Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Opened or used topical products (e.g., gels, creams, oils, or similar) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Topical products may only be returned if purchased in the same order as a body sculpting device (as part of a bundle or within the same cart).
  • Topical products purchased separately or via subscription are non-returnable, even if unopened.
  • Refunds or replacements for topical products are only granted if:
    • The item is leaking, expired, incorrect, or visibly defective
    • The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence

Reasons Not Covered for Returns

  • Returns citing subjective reasons such as “didn’t work for me” or “no visible results” are subject to approval and may not be accepted if the product has been opened or used.

Inspection Process

All returned items undergo a documented inspection for:

  • Damage
  • Signs of wear
  • Odors
  • Evidence of use
  • Missing parts 
  • Findings (photos and notes) determine refund eligibility and amount.
  • Customers may request a copy of the inspection report.
