What’s a recurring subscription?

When you sign up for a My Way Hair Subscription, you'll be charged automatically for each order until you cancel or pause your subscription.

Can I cancel a subscription after it's been shipped?

No, managing their subscription and skipping unwanted orders is up to you. To pause, skip, or delay an order, changes must be made four days before the next shipment. Otherwise, the products will be shipped as scheduled.

Can I change the frequency of my shipment after placing my initial order?

Yes, simply email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] to adjust the frequency of your shipments.

Can I pause my subscription if I'm out of town or need a break?

Yes, simply email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] at least four days before the next shipment to pause your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal. If you're unsure how to access it, please contact our support team at [email protected], and they’ll send you a direct link to your portal to cancel.

What is your early cancellation policy?

If you choose to cancel your discounted subscription before the second order, the difference between the discounted subscription rate and the regular rate will be applied to your account.

Is my subscription order eligible for other discounts?

When you choose the Subscribe & Save option, you’re already getting our biggest available discount. Please note that this offer can’t be combined with other promotions.
