This Guarantee does not cover: (i) products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors; (ii) products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration, or accidental damage, including, but not limited to, exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals not intended for hair care; (iii) products that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were designed or intended; (iv) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to packaging dents, label scratches, and discoloration unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (v) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, including, but not limited to changes in scent or texture; (vi) any damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, improper usage, or failure to perform routine maintenance, such as not closing bottle caps tightly; (vii) products sold “AS IS” or similar notions and does not cover consumable parts such as sample sachets, promotional items, or trial sizes that are intended for limited use, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (viii) unauthorized repairs or modifications; or (ix) if any batch number has been removed or defaced from the product. When a product or part is exchanged, the original item becomes the property of My Way Hair.

This Guarantee does not apply to any non-branded products. My Way Hair does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted or error-free. My Way Hair is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
